Bechèr’s line of cold cuts is free from gluten, GMOs, milk derives and added polyphosphates.

Bechèr carefully selects raw materials and their traceability. The Company buys only from selected historical suppliers that are assessed with annual audits, then it verifies the suitability of the product at each arrival through a control analysis plan.

Bechèr’s raw cured meat is 80% coming from national livestocks and is part of the Consorium Salamino alla Cacciatora Dop. The same guidelines are respected for “high quality” cooked hams which are cooked in a steam oven, with only natural aromas.

Prosciutto Cotto Natura is made with meat from pigs born, raised and slaughtered in Italy. Even the Becher’s Cubes are among the most successful productions and also the core business.

Becher respects the ancient recipe for top products and uses only natural gut.

Bechèr’s raw material is slaughtered and processed avoiding the use of frozen meats.

Each product has to be controlled and analyzed by a specific program to ensure that all the  parameters have the highest quality level: from processing to packaging.

 

Bechèr has a vast catalog, constantly refines its recipes, searches innovative ingredients and has also private label.

The meat of Dadini di Pancetta Nazionale, is purchased only from slaughterhouses that have passed the verification audits of the legislation concerning the animal welfare: on each document of arrival it has to be specified that it is supported the Animal Welfare .
